Very central and rooms are a reasonable sze with a kitchenette. If you want some where for a few days that is central and are not looking for full hotel services - then this is the place to stay. management were slow but very nice, pool is lovely. The building is a bit old and furnishings are dated but are very clean and well looked after.

Awful front counter service - loosing one booking completely, then receiving a room minus a bed. Other customers walking out whilst at reception, not sorting out parking till the following day. Chairs and furniture falling apart in one room, another minus some whitegoods. One room on the 3rd floor had no lock on the window - which was the room a 3yr old child was in!!!

Had a wonderful stay even when hotel was full, we still recieved a warm welcome with quality service. great location quiet but close to all parts of brisbane cbd and the valley. will be returning on our next visit to Brisbane.
